v1.1 has been released to fix a bug during display in IE
Meebo-me is a great little widget. Easy to set up and works just like it should.
It would be nice if there was a firefox extension (in the status bar) that would blink to notify you if someone was IMing you (since you have to login to meebo.com, keep the page open to chat, and you might have multiple tabs open). It’s early yet – this is still in alpha stages.
I think this is a cool idea. Can’t wait to try it out.
I found a Firefox extension for Meebo here:

It will allow you to view the meebo.com IM page in your sidebar – allowing you to monitor messages while you surf.
Hopefully the WordPress widgets code can be quickly integrated into this plugin, it’s not that hard. It’d be more functional as a widget.

Hi davereid20,
I will be adding support for WordPress widgets as well as chat in a popup window in the next release.
Probably in two weeks time.
