need advice: gravity forms, custom post types? what do i really need to get what

    I have a question. I really need some guidance:
    I want to make a website that offers different kinds of directories: recipes, business, restaurants, reviews, deals
    I want information entered in the FRONT office by the users.
    I also want to give users option of buying domain names, choosing templates, etc.
    I want a recipe box
    Users should be able to enter their social networking information to connect to different sites.
    It’s a sort of blog farm.
    Also does anyone have experience with using Artisteer themes?

    What plugins do I need to enter and use/display info from front office? types? views? gravity forms? gravity forms directory add on?

    What’s the most efficient way to get what I want done with the least amount of expenditure?
