hide warning messages in pages

Hi iam using wordpress as a network sites i am doing frontend edit profile for this i have used wp-user-frontend plugin when i am editing the profile the edit profile is working properly but along with successful message in top of page showing some warning messages like this….
Please suggest me solutions…
