Chat Plug IN

I would like to add a chat to my website. There are particulars I need… customizable to my website theme, when logging into chat the previous conversations are not viewable, chat can be saved, private rooms, and preferably video capable.
Can anyone suggest a reliable chat format plugin for WordPress which is free? I prefer not to purchase a chat program until I feel secure with what is out there.
