Do you get reperated FTP credential requests or still after enter the credentials the message, that you don’t have access right?
If the credentials pops up again and again, then something is wrong with your credentials or the ways FTP is working.
If the credentials are accepted but you get the message, that you haven’t enough rights, then something went wrong with the path and domain root, I need to know, how the installation has been done in relation to the directory tree starting with ftp domain root.

Thanks for your answer. I’m not getting the question for ftp-credentials at all, as i set them in wp-config.php. Upgrading plugins and wordpress itself works like a charm. When i click on the create po-file button, for example, i get the error that there’s no access.
My blog is located in /home/leonardd/domains/lder.me/public_html/
What is the folder you would access as top folder using the same credentials at FTP Programm?
Still the above named or a folder below lets say ‘lder.me’ ?
that folder is /home/leonardd/

I have similar problem. I’ve installed the plugin and when I try to add new language nothing happens – no popup window. What could be wrong?

After i installed this plugin, it was prompted:
Error: The actual loaded translation content does not match the textdomain: yiw
Expect, that any text you translate will not occure as long as the textdomain is mismatching!
This is a coding issue at the source files you try to translate, please contact the original Author and explain this mismatch.
Warning: The actual loaded translation content contains mixed textdomains and is not pure translateable within one textdomain.
It seems, that there is code contained extracted out of other plugins, themes or widgets and used by copy & paste inside some source files.
