Unwanted Popups

    My website http://www.interestfreecreditcardshub.com is experiencing a huge problem. Anytime I view the homepage I get one popup after another. In both firefox and IE. It happens both when I “view site” from my WP dashboard and when I am logged out and go directly to the site. IE is saying that it is blocking a popup from “*.g.doubleclick.net”. What is going on?! This is totally unacceptable and I certainly dont want it to happen to my other sites. Please help!

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    You are awesome! Thanks so much. The culprit was my Google XML Sitemaps plugin. I clicked the “rebuild the sitemap” link in the “settings” and, for whatever reason, that solved the problem.
