Sundance theme Video Carousel not working

    I cannot seem to get the video carousel to show up despite following the instructions to make a video post and mark it as sticky. All I see is a scrolling wheel. If I click on it I hear the audio but see no video. Anyone have any ideas for what I could be doing wrong?
