My Website Is Laggy When I do Updates in coding or admin panel

Hello all,

I am still new to wordpress and i have experienced my website to be laggy recently. my website is http://www.tipnest.com
I have taken hosting from http://www.fatcow.com and i dont really know if they are very good. Also i am using cloudflare free account along with its plugin installed which i didnt know much about. Just installed and thats it.

Now whenever i do some minor changes like placing ads in my theme, or disabling teh main slider. Some times the changes show up in a while but mostly the changes reflect after long time and also it has different behaviors on different pages of three different web browesers(firefox(gives the best output of the lot),chrome,IE)

WHATS THE REASON PEOPLE HELP ME OUT!!!!

I talked to my hosting guys they say you shift ur hosting to us and not cloudflar then we can tell u.

I also checked my page speed google test it gives 92%.

So then whats the thing thats bugging.////

ANY IDEAS??
