How to remove pages from top menu?

HI I removed my top menu about a week ago, all was good until today when I needed to add a new category. When I did this for some reason all my pages appeared in a really long line above the header. Now that I removed the top menu It cannot be done from Dashboard > Appearance > Menus. http://www.dubaixpats.com/

Just wondering if anyone knows how to get rid of it all?
There is no Top Menu is CSS and this is all I can find in my header for it.
