Home Page Vs Template Page – Problem

Respected all,
Using Twenty Eleven Template. I already made child theme of Twenty Eleven Template and using. In Twenty eleven child theme, I was removed Right posts content and sidebar. Now I want call WordPress Front Page(Posts) Blog in Created own page template.

For ex., Woothemes.com.. You can see on this website, home page is Created own page template and if you’ll click on BLOG (in Menu), you’ll see link Woothemes.com/blog. <- How can he do that? I want to do this thing in my website but fail…

Please help me.
