VHPilipinas, give this a good read.

If you have phpMyAdmin access and can identify the userid for your account, and have file access via FTP or whatever file management tools your host provides then give this a look.

If you do modify your theme’s functions.php
file then please make a backup copy first.
Yes Nasir, it says the password is incorrect. Jan, I have tried all of these: http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password and my host also tried fixing it using http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password#Through_FTP but both of us don’t know what’s going on with my site.

Huh. That’s odd, if you get the userid that second method should have done it.
Give the usual troubleshooting methods a try. Make a backup of your WordPress installation first, you can do that without access to the WordPress dashboard. That’s just a precaution and having a current backup never hurts.

Have you tried:
– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
– re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress.
Its very simple if you have access to your cpanel you just have to change the password value in the users table.let me know if you have the access.
I also lost my ability to log in!! I need help desperately. I was logged in as Admin to make some changes and was just finally going to “go live”. I don’t really know how to go live so was trying some things and this is where I screwed up. I went into Settings/General and removed the “wptest” from the end of the WordPress Address URL and Site Address URL. When I clicked the button to save, I got a 404 screen. I clicked the back button and put these back in but have never been able to recover. I do get a log in screen but it looks completely different and doesn’t let me in. And I do know my password. How can I get back to fix this?
susrobson :Follow the forget password option from your admin login screen if you dont know the email address go to your cpanel and change the password in the users table kindly follow the link

Even though I know my password? My password isn’t the problem.
I’m getting a “Page Not Found” screen. Help! I’m desperate!
Usubba : I have already tried changing the password in the cpanel but STILL, it doesn’t work.
Jan : I’ll try the last steps you’ve told me then I’ll get back to you. π
You can also disregard my issue–it has been resolved.
Thanks
