[Plugin: infoGeniuz Advanced Form Analytics for Gravity Forms] Correct Longitude and Latitude for mo

We’re having users submit entries on iPad’s and its we need to get correct Latitude and Longitude for each submission. We have the paid for for plugin and it’s not working. Any advice would be great. Is there a setting on the iPad/iPhone?
