The Page Isn't Redirecting Properly

Hello All,

I am new to the forums (and WordPress) and I am here because I am having an issue with adding WordPress to my site. My site is allshippedout.com and the blog is on allshippedout.com/blog. I installed WordPress via Softaculous in cPanel. I did not do anything else I just went in and hit install. I made sure the blog would link to http://www.allshippedout.com/blog. I may have had to created something else or a redirect but I am not sure. I am also by no means a coder but if someone can tell me step-by-step what to do to fix it. I’ll try my best. Thanks in advance for any and all help, it’s greatly appreciated.
