clean options for user role

    Hi

    I need to clean the backend options appeared for a user role. The idea is:

    -User can register inside web
    -User only receive one category
    -User only can introduce Posts with one category

    The backend is full of innecesary options, and I would like to simplify acces to users. All panels can be hided?

    Any plugin for this?
