    does WordPress wanna to support the original ajax comment ?

    because it is very good for visiter to comment .

    I’m not sure what you mean by ´original ajax comment´.

    There are plugins to ajaxify the comment submission.

    I guess this is not in core because it really depends on your theme if you want this. Also there are potential problems with back compatibility.

    I mean that the wordpress support the ajax comment,when we submit the WP will just olny return the post’s comments but not return all the page,can WP make a option in the dashboard to decide wether return the all page or just the comments,or can one line code in the function.php to decide wether return the all page or just the comments ?

    WordPress has an ajax API, on how to use it please read : http://codex.wordpress.org/AJAX_in_Plugins

    And for actions this supports, you can also look at the file wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
