I am using SyntaxHighlighter Evolved and W3TC with Amazon cloudfront as CDN.

The issue I am facing is that the JS and CSS of syntaxhighlighter haven’t been moved to CDN and neither are they minified.

Have you minified the file or specified the path to the file in the custom file paths box?
