Support » Fixing WordPress » ERRORs on home page and admin page after plugin updates

  • Hello,

It looks like while updating plugins, an error in the process occurred leaving my website and admin page littered with notice / error messages such as:

Notice: Undefined index: titlecss in /data/xx/x/xx/157/1535483/user/xxxxxx/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/youtube-simplegallery/youtube_simplegallery.php on line 513

Notice: Constant WP_MEMORY_LIMIT already defined in /data/

Notice: Undefined index: cforms_inexclude in /data….

etc etc etc for various plugins, too.

I need to know what’s the best route to fixing this ASAP. Very urgent. Thank you for your attention.

  • I would deactivate all the plugins which are generating the notices.. and get your site back to normal operating conditions. Then, you might need to re-install those individual plugins generating the notices.

    Hi Josh,

Thanks for your quick reply! I got a lot of notices from the custom permalink plugin–i deactivated it and then reactivated but they still appeared.

Is there a way that if i turn off debugging reporting to off in wp-config that these notices may disappear??
