Twenty-Eleven Child Theme Menu Distorted for Mobile

Hi,

I’ve made a new site using a theme that’s a child theme of Twenty eleven. I think it turned out pretty good, however, when looking at it on my iPhone 4s, the menus are totally distorted as is the search box, no matter which way I view it.
Another person on a droid said it looked okay, but I have another site that uses Word Press and it doesn’t have any issues like this.
I’ve looked at plug ins, but I want the mobile version of my site to look like my site – not something else. And I don’t have money right now to spend $45 on something that will really work. I can make a mobile version style sheet, I just need to know if anyone else has gone through this before, or if they know how I can fix this.
Do any of you have any suggestions on how I can fix this?
