    Hi,

    thanks for your question.

    This likely is a problem with the character encoding of the data, and/or of the WordPress database. Unfortunately, I’m not an expert on this and I don’t have a definite solution 🙁

    Most people have had success by changing the character encoding of the CSV file before the import. To do that, open the CSV file in Notepad and then “Save as” with a different “Character Encoding” selected.
