How to redirect a url

Hi All,
I have a multisite page url like “http://example.com/site”. I want redirect this page to http://example.com/site/?page_id=123 i.e, when a user types a url like http://example.com/site should redirect to the page http://example.com/site/?page_id=123. How can i do this?
if anyone knows please help me
