PlugIn for Password Protection & Email Collection

I want to know if there is a plugin. I want to offer access to an online video. I want the person to give me there email address and then I will provide access to the video. So, two things: 1. Collecting the emails in a data base and 2. then a password protected page for the video. They can use their email for the password. I want the video access protected. Any thoughts?
