   I have successfully imported my posts from typepad - but the images are still stored on the typepad server. I would like to get them onto my server.

   I have tried using the cache-images plugin - but I continually get the error - "ulpoads folder is not writable". IT IS WRITAbLE! I am using WP 2.0

   I have also tried using the SQL query - I may have been doing it wrong - I am not sure!

   Is there anyone out there that can please help!

   what are the permissions on your uploads folder?

   I've updated this plugin to work better with WP 2.0. The "writable" issue should be fixed now.
