[Plugin: Events Manager] Can't update locations

    Hello!

    Since the recent update of Events Manager and WordPress I can not update my locations. When I hit update I get the following errors:

    Notice: Undefined variable: this in */wp-content/plugins/events-manager/classes/em-location-post-admin.php on line 52

    Notice: Undefined variable: this in */wp-content/plugins/events-manager/classes/em-location-post-admin.php on line 63

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at */wp-content/plugins/events-manager/classes/em-location-post-admin.php:52) in */wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 866

    I also get the following error in my list of locations on the location page:

    Notice: Undefined property: EM_Location::$event_id in */wp-content/plugins/events-manager/classes/em-object.php on line 1100

    Any ideas?

    hi,

    have you tried to deactivate other plugins or revert to default theme to see if one of those causes a conflict? Also, which EM version is this?

    The version of EM is 5.1.7 and it’s the latest version of WP. I’ve tried deactivating all other plugins and also switched themes, but the same thing happens.

    Is see now that the update sometimes work even though the errors come up. I therefor managed to get rid of the error on the location page which happened because one of the locations was missing a “locationimage” that was needed for my list.

    But the other errors are still there…

    if your installation still works perfectly regardless of the notices; you can try to turn-off php display_error.

    the first three errors should already be fixed in the dev version, the other one will be fixed in the next dev update.

    as angelonwl said, just disable error reporting in your PHP settings and they’ll go away (recommended anyway for production sites)

    i think it is turned off… but are you saying that this error will be fixed after the next update of event manager? when will the next update be available?
