You might want to wait a few days for the release of 2.0.4.
Either way, I recommend you follow the instructions.
Here are the instructions:

Thanks very much for the link, Yosemite, but I’am afraid you misunderstand. I don’t want to upgrade to 2.X. I want to stay with what I have, 1.5.2.
On the WordPress Trac site, I see that patches and fixes are still being written for 1.5.2, and would like to implement those changes, to keep my copy of 1.5.2 as stable and secure as possible.
Thanks for your reply. Hopefully someone will know what I mean!
Over on Podz’s blog, in the sidebar.. he has the files to download for it.

I hope this helps. =)

spencerp, thanks a million for those links! Am I correct to assume I can just overwrite the files on my server with the files contained in that zip? After backing up, of course. ^_~

As far as I know, yes. But, what I do, just to make sure the “changes” from the “fixed” files are really done. While in the FTP directory for your blog, I’ll *only* delete the same files, that are provided in the zip above..
Not *all* of your 1.5.2 files need removed and replaced, *only* just the ones that are in the zip above. This way, you know for sure, the “fixes” have been applied correctly.
I just downloaded that zip now, and looking at the files, you don’t need to run the “upgrade.php” file either.. They are just “replacement updated” files only. 😉 I hope this isn’t confusing.. =/ Good luck with it, and if you need further help or info, just drop another reply. =)

spencerp, I must say you rawk totally. I probably just dated myself badly with that, but thank you so very much for your help! Your instructions are perfect. I will just delete and then upload only the files contained in the zip folder I downloaded.
Thanks again!!
I’m glad to have helped you, and I’m happy to hear that everything was presented clear enough, and understandable.. =) 😉
