[Plugin: WP to Twitter] Displaying author custom fields in tweets

is there a way to output an author’s profile custom field?

I’m currently storing an authors twitter username in a custom field in their author profile and i wanted to write something like this:

#title# #url# via @#author[twitter_profile]#

which would output:

“this is the title http://test.com/article via @author”

is something like this possible?
