Can't log in after moving index file

Trying to get WP to be the root of my site…

Followed the directions here:
http://codex.wordpress.org/Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory

But I mistakenly messed up Step #3 and now I cannot log in to the admin part of the site.

Any suggestions?
