    Just launched yesterday a completely WordPress powered website for IOOF Seniors Homes Inc.

    Yes, there is a scrolling marquee. It was the client who insisted on it.

    There may still be a few bugs, so I’d love to hear what you all find.

    Very well done and a nice and clean design – I like it.
    A little critique: verdana would be a more readable font for seniors.

    Given the target is generaly pleasant.
    Don’t think the drop down menu is as well implemented as it could be (adobe.com has a gaceful version of it).

    It overlays the text and graphics in a odd way and it misses adeguate padding for the background color, color I would probably modify a tad as well.

    I would try an horizontal drop down submenu solution (the only example I can think of is not a drop down but it is horizontal – apple.com)

    Thanks for the feedback. I’ll look into fixing up the dropdown menu.
