I am using gravity form with conditional logic enabled which uses java script… When any conditional logic is enabled in the form, the form dissapears completely from my site..

When I deactivate add link to facebook, it comes back?

    Any help would be appreciated…

    They gave me these instructions
There is a javascript error on the page related to the site currency. As with any javascript error, it’s going to prevent conditional logic from executing. ANYTIME a form does not display when using conditional logic it is going to be a javascript error.

The first thing you need to do in these situations is test for theme and plugin conflicts to see if code in your theme or another plugin is interfering with the Gravity Forms related javascript.

and said something about some themes or plugins use there own java script instead of calling it from wordpress where it is included…

I currently have add link to fb off because the client uses this page during the day..
