Change website URL (Bluehost hosting)

    Hello,

    I have built a website which is hosting at Bluehost.
    Now I want to give rid of my current domain A and move to another one B.
    I have set B as the parked domain at Bluehost already, i.e. now both A&B direct to my website.

    But I don’t know what to do next.
    Here are things I find out,
    1) Bluehost: How to change the Primary Domain

    2) WordPress: Changing The Site URL

    2) In WordPress dashboard->settings->general, I can change WordPress Address & Site Address.

    I don’t understand their relationships.
    Which document I should follow first?

    Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated!
