User Profile

I am having trouble figuring out how to make my WordPress site a ‘social network’ site. It is for my AP European end of the year project and I am creating the website. We are going to have profiles for people like Henry VII and it is going to be in the form of a dating website.

I basically need to create a register page and have that register information (Picture included) carry over into a profile for that person.

There also needs to be a ‘profiles’ page that displays all of the registered users.

I am having a very difficult time figuring this out. Any help with anything would be lovely..
