Reword the name "Categories"

Does anyone knows any filter to rename the wordy “categories and category” on the backend?
Basically, my main intention is to replace the “categories”, “all categories” and “add new category” mentions as you can see on the category widget in the editing area. (img from WP.com: http://en.support.files.wordpress.com/2010/10/post_categories.png).
