[Plugin: Add to Head] headcontent.php is inactive

I recently downloaded and installed your plugin. I cannot get the script to appear in the header of my site. Now, I AM a newbie so I could be completely screwing this up somehow, but the headcontent.php file is showing as inactive in the editor.

Can you advise?
