[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Site design all messed up once plugin is activated

    Once I activate the W3 total cache plugin my site’s design is all messed up. No columns, headers, background, etc. I guess it is related to CSS. I have disabled anything related to CSS on the settings, disabled minifying option and disabled browser caching. I have cleared all caches yet none of this helped. As soon as I disable the plugin the site is fine. I would like to use the plugin but need to find a solution. Any help would be much appreciated.
