[Theme: Modularity Lite] Slideshow not showing

    I am unable to get the slideshow in Modularity Lite to work. In the beginning, I added a bunch of widgets including GPP Slideshow and Galleries, but when I could not get the slideshow to work, I deactivated them and did an automatic reinstall. No go. (This was after doing a manual reinstall once to solve another issue.)

    The problem seems to have something to do with how the images are linking to the pages. I have media in the media area. I have linked images to posts, but they don’t show – even in the post page. I checked that the images are in the uploads folder online.

    An update: I reinstalled both WordPress and Modularity Lite again manually, this time with the version of Modularity Lite distributed from WordPress not the one from GPP, thinking that might be the problem.

    Still no slideshow after adding unattached media, media attached to posts as a gallery and an image inside the post. No other widgets are installed.

    And notice that your uploaded image should be exact 950×425 pixels or it won’t show.

    Also know that it only picks one image per published post.

    Agree that these instructions sound outdated with the latest WP core releases.
