Older posts shown in the sidebar, and sidebar in the bottom (8 posts)

    Hi guys,

I'm looking for some help here.

My sidebar seems to mess up, when I use 'Previous Entries' at the bottom of my site 3 times. The first 2 times, it's no problem. 3rd time the sidebar goes to the bottom, and the older posts start filling up the usual sidebar "frame".

I tried removing the 'Random picture' code/plugin from the Sidebar, but that was not the problem.

I also went through the posts that I suspected to have bad code, but no luck. Maybe I missed something, because it is still not working correctly.

I even tried limiting shown posts but no dice :-(

You can see the problem yourself here:

    Any suggestions?

The problem is how you are listing them in the sidebar.
I don't know how you are, but using a plugin will help.

Sorry, but you lost me. Do you mean the order of the Sidebar widgets?

Sure, it looks like you just randomly dumped some posts (formatted small for sidebar? post-teaser?) into the post:entries area. They are blowing out the right margin and shoving the sidebar down.

Move post-teaser(s) into the sidebar div (or use plugin as podz suggested).

    Solved!

Postteaser or similar really never was the problem.

It was all due to me somehow activating both 'Markdown' and 'Textile 1' at the same time (just like the Textile 1 plugin actually tells is not a good idea). Doh!

So much work to solve that simple thing. At least it is fixed now, and I am happy. :-)

    Thanks for input guys.
