   I am not a podcast wizard, obviously ;)
   So, what do you use to track the downloads, are there any special stats tools, etc?
   Any direction or insight would be greatly appreciated.

   try using podtrac.com services its free

   the podpress plugin helps you do it automatically (I think it uses podtrac too)

   However i just check the stats from my web-host, and look at the # of mp3 downloads.
