    Hi there,
    I’m not sure what happened, but my submissions stopped working about a month ago and I’m just now noticing.

    I’m not receiving submissions via email. If a user goes to the site and submits an entry, they get the success message. The email is not received and no new entry is entered to the database. I have the contact form to DB extension and it has nothing in the last month. I don’t think it’s an email issue, I can send to the designated recipient via normal means.

    There have been no new changes that I’m aware of. We got a bunch of spam submissions at the end but there’s no evidence of a hack attempt otherwise. The strange thing is I have a second site with the same config – works fine. The configs match between the two.

    I’ve tried using older versions of the plugin, current version with the same issue. On paper it should work fine and I’ve had good luck with this plugin in the past so I’m not sure where to start.

    Any help appreciated.

    OK, so there was a CNAME entry added through GoDaddy very close to the day this all stopped working. I’m not sure what the entry was for, a subdomain for SEO I think, not sure if there is any correlation there.

    I am working with a new website and having the same problem. I have used Contact Form 7 on quite a few other websites with no trouble.

    This install is using PHP 5.2 and WP 3.3.2. The form is submitting successfully, but no email is received by the intended recipient.

    It did not work for me.

    Has anyone found a successful solution other than this?

    I’m testing with WP SMTP Mail and no there is no change. I can receive test messages from the plugin but when I submit an entry via the form, I get nothing.

    Hello,
    I’ve fixed it. The original designer used the shorter of the two short-codes originally. For some reason those codes are no longer working. Using the longer of the two shortcodes seems to work.

    No changes were made the code shortcode entries on the pages.
