8-digit Option IDs

    I’ve been away from my WordPress installation for quite some time (no posts in a year), and upon trying to figure out why it’s going to slow today, I noticed that the auto-increment ID for options is 8-digits long now, 21700000 and higher.

    Should I be concerned?
