Fatal error out of memory

    New Install of wordpress 3.3.2 on site with old database. Acedental delete of wordpress folder. Installed weaver II theme and when I go to theme admin I get the following error

    Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 10485760) (tried to allocate 28672 bytes) in /homepages/2/d338125146/htdocs/WNCCN_Site/wp-includes/class-simplepie.php on line 1933

    I can’t get plugins installed that were on site I was going to auto reinstall wordpress I get Fatal error messages every time I try to do anything.
    does anyone have any suggestions??
