• Hi,

When any user logs in they get directed to their Profile page with the following error shown at the top:

Sorry, but you do not have the correct permissions to install the Option Tree plugin.

I’ve searched through the forums and not found anything that addresses this issue. Any help solving this is appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Sean

  • so you got it to work with WP 3.3.2, please tell me how 🙂

I too have been getting this message with my users’s blogs, despite having activated the plugin on their sites for them:
“Sorry, but you do not have the correct permissions to install the Option Tree plugin.”

I am sure it has to do with file/folder ownership/permissions, but can’t seem to get it right. The theme I am using is Widescreen, but have seen it on other GPP themes, as well.

    Anybody have any suggestions?

    -Derek
