You may see this behaviour if you are experiencing a plugin conflict. Try to isolate which plugin, if any, may be contributing to the trouble, by deactivating all plugins except WPtouch Pro, clear your browser cache and local data on your mobile device, then enable your other plugins one at a time, repeating the process, until you can identify which is causing the problem.
You can always test your basic installation of WPtouch by testing it with a stripped-down theme such as Twenty Eleven which comes bundled free with WordPress and is also available here: http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/twentyeleven
This is the only plugin installed.
I don’t see that WPtouch is active on that url. Please delete the files you have on your server, download the plugin again and reinstall to see if an installation glitch is the issue.
