[Plugin: AdRotate] Two parts of ad code

    Hello,

    Sometimes advertiser offers to place ad code, which consists of two parts. Usually the first part is placed in a place where you want ad unit, and the second part (usually JS) – in header, or body top, or body bottom.
    Thus, for second need to use third-party plugin.

    Could you add such possibility?
