[Plugin: Local Market Explorer] Virtual urls not working

Both zillow plugins are having issues, 404 errors, with the virtual urls. Tried changing the permalink options, but to no avail. Suggestions?

The modules appear to be working as embedded tags are working, it’s just virtual urls.

And what disturbs me most is that the majority of posts here go unanswered!
