[Plugin: Members] Use user management capabilities only with specific roles

Hi there.

I just installed members but i noticed i need a very specific feature that’s not there yet.

I need a certain role to be able to influence user from another role, but just those users.

For example, there’s a department coordinator and he needs the capability to modify only users from that department, and not other departments or other users.

How can achieve this?
