[Plugin: WP-Filebase Download Manager] How to display all files for a particular user?

How do you display all files for a particular role?
When I use the standard short code [wpfilebase] it shows all the files when I’m admin but when I use that for another role that doesn’t have access to all the files it just displays nothing.
Any help would be appriciated!
