On Export page, suggest clearing spam before exporting.

On the export page (/wp-admin/export.php), I think that it’s important to recommend that a user consider clearing spam before exporting. This recommendation could be in bold or red. Better yet, the space taken by spam could be mentioned as well.

My WordPress XML file was 3.5 MBs (and I wrongly suspected that the size indicated a possible hack). After I cleared the spam and exported again, the XML file was reduced to only 103 KBs. Potentially, the spam could have prevented my export, import and entire transfer to a new server.
