How to add new posts with images?

    Hi i am using latest wp and some fancy theme but i can’t figure out how to add thumbnails to posts and is there any good thumbnail handler i can use with wordpress. Thanks for help, my blog is: [link removed – not relevant]

    Open, add new post, write in content, click where you want image ,then use html to ref the location of your image look at the toolbar on top it should have a shortcut
