[Plugin: File Gallery] File Gallery settings after migration

[Plugin: File Gallery] Each time i deploy my wp on new host, settings of File Gallery plugin appears to be reseted to default
I use last version of wp 332 and last version of plugin:

Any suggestions how to fix it will welcomed.
