   I've never bothered with categories. Now I'm two years into blogging and I finally want to apply some categories, but using the control panel will take way too long.

   Is there a plug-in that allows you to mass edit posts to add categories?

   the plugin listed there doesn't work for wp 2.0.5

   and it hosed my WP, so watch out. Since I removed it, occasionally I'll get a page full of errors whenever I re-save a post, usually when changing or added a category. The changes go though, so it's not broke, per se.. but it's a bit alarming.
