bbpress displaying only 5 forums

What I would like to know however is how I can place a copy of the top grey bar and put it above my Site Admin section, so it looks like a proper forum, with some content separation.

Anyone have any ideas where to get the code, and then where to put it?
I’m not sure it’s possible since the forums are created dynamically, so it’s not like there is a “place” hardcoded in the code that separates each forum, a specific one anyway. Is there?
